Power Plus Productions wants our parents to be as informed as possible. Please read all notes sent home with your dancer. All fees, rules and expectations of the dancer are listed below.
Prices are subject to change due to increasing merchant costs.
Fees To Expect
- Yearly registration fee of $20 due at time of enrollment
- Monthly tuition fees - $35 for the first class, $25 each additional class. Competition class fees will vary
- Zumba Classes – $5 per class/$40 for a 10 class punch card or $30 monthly unlimited
- Studio issued practice uniform – price to be determined
- Recital fee of $25 in November and May
- Costume fee – $50 for Hip Hop, $85 for Ballet/Jazz combo and Cheer. Competition costume fees will vary
- Spring recital trophy fee in April – $10
- Pictures – price varies
**Family discount – $5 off monthly tuition (after 1st child) for multiple students in the immediate family
Tuition and EFT
All students are set up on an EFT (electronic funds transfer) which comes out of a designated savings, checking, or credit account on the 5th of each month for the amount agreed and signed upon. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If your payment does not go through for ANY reason you will be charged a $25 NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee.
Cancellation Procedure
When enrolling please make sure you are ready to commit to our dance program for the full 10 months. Cancellation is not permitted without penalty due to the inconvenience of the studio, class, the instructor and our inability to replace you once the season starts. EXCEPTION: If you decide to cancel your class at the end of the Fall season you will not be penalized. However, notification must be given by December 30th to prevent the EFT from going through for the following month.
**There are no refunds of any kind for any reason**
Attire
You may either purchase a studio issued dance uniform or have dance attire checked off by a Power Plus instructor or front desk assistant.
Ballet/Jazz combo - Black or Pink leotard and tights, foot paws
Hip Hop – Black tank/tee, grey bottoms, white tennis shoes for indoor use only
Cheer/Tumbling – Studio cheer uniform, white tennis shoes for indoor use only
**Please note: After 1st warning, a dancer will be sent home if not in proper dance attire
Attendance Policy
Good attendance is vital at Power Plus, not only for the instructor but for the student as well. Please make every effort to get your dancer to each and every practice. Of course if your child is sick we understand and expect them to stay home until they are no longer contagious. If your dancer will be absent for any reason please call the studio and leave a message for your instructor.
Studio Rules
- Be no more than 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late picking up and dropping off your child
- No food or drink allowed in the dance studios, with the exception of water in a closed container
- No jewelry, gum, cell phones or iPods allowed in class. Power Plus is not liable for lost or stolen items
- Dancers are to stay in the lobby after class until they are picked up
- Do not drop off children who are not enrolled in class
- NO STREET SHOES are allowed on the dance floors. NO EXCEPTIONS
